Policies and Shipping
***Covid-19 update // due to the current situation with coronavirus and the newly appointed General Postmaster, orders shipped via the United States postal service are taking longer to be scanned in and delivered. Tracking may not be accurate during this time(more information about this can be found on the USPS website). International orders are taking months to be delivered, so please be aware of that before placing an order if you’re located outside of the US. Once an order is placed into the possession of the USPS, it is out of my control. Your tracking information is the same as what I have access to on my side of things. I apologize for any delay or lag in order delivery, and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.***
*please read above paragraph about transit/shipping delays due to covid-19* All orders under 15 oz ship via USPS first class mail(2-7 business days domestically, 10-21 days internationally). Orders over 15 oz ship via USPS priority mail. Tracking information is generally not available for International orders, as per USPS policy. Confirmation/tracking for domestic shipments is available at the postal service’s discretion. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number when your order is dispatched.
PROCESSING/SHIPPING ORDERS
Most orders(prints, jewelry, etc) are processed and shipped in 5-7 business days. As mentioned in my About section, apparel is custom made when you order it. The style, size, and design aspects are made per your request. The usual turnaround time for manufacturing and shipping of these items(by the manufacturer) is 12-14 business days. I ship apparel orders as soon as they arrive. On occasion, delays can occur with the apparel printing process, so if your order processing time takes longer than the standard 12-14 business days, I will contact you with information about any delays. International customers, you are responsible for any taxes/duties in accordance with your country's laws and regulations.
RUSH/PRIORITY ORDERS
If your order is intended as a gift or you just need it by a specific date for whatever reason, please include that information in the Notes to Seller section of the checkout process.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I don't offer refunds or exchanges unless item is defective or damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to make sure you're satisfied. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS, but if needed, I will help you get in touch with the postal service in the event of lost or damaged parcels. Make sure your address on PayPal is current, as I ship via PayPal for seller/buyer protection.
I do not accept returns on apparel, as all clothing items are custom made. Size charts and other information is made available to avoid any fit issues. All items are quality checked prior to packaging and shipping, and I do not ship items that do not pass quality control inspection.
